The SoundStream WHD.RG is a purpose-built, plug-and-play head unit upgrade for 1998–2013 Harley-Davidson® Road Glide models. It replaces the dated factory radio with a fully modern infotainment system featuring Wireless Apple CarPlay®, Wireless Android Auto® and a bright 7-inch QLCD touchscreen — all inside a factory-style chassis that bolts directly into the OEM location.

The WHD.RG supports SiriusXM® via the SXV300 tuner (sold separately). Note: SiriusXM services are not offered in Australia but remain relevant for international bikes.
True Plug-and-Play Installation for Road Glides
Engineered specifically for the 1998–2013 Road Glide fairing, the WHD.RG mounts directly into the OEM radio chassis.

Note: The WHD.RG does NOT activate OEM Boom! amplifiers. If your Road Glide uses Boom!, you will need an aftermarket amplifier solution.
Most 1998–2013 Road Glide CVO models include MTX factory speakers/amplifiers or no amplifier at all. These bikes are usually plug-and-play compatible with the WHD.RG and can retain MTX amps.
Some rarer CVO models and several Ultra-based customs use a Harman/Kardon amplifier located under the Tour-Pak. These units cannot be retained and require full amp replacement and rewiring when installing the WHD.RG.
